Best Time to Visit: During winter, from October to March. The weather is pleasant despite being dry and you can explore the city well in these months.
Clothing: Indore doesn't usually experience extreme weather conditions, so heavy cotton clothes and light jackets are good enough during winter.
Moving around: Taxis on rent are available in Indore. If you want to opt for the less expensive mode of transport, then auto-rickshaws and buses are also available frequently. This will also help you get acquainted with the way of life in the city. Besides this, there's also something called the Tele-Rickshaw wherein you just call for a rickshaw and the fixed minimum fare is Rs.40.
